Note: no capability is required to use the icons on the RFQ tab; however, users must have permission to create RFQs. In addition, the icons will be disabled until there is an Item on the Bid Package.
PAGE | Competitive Bid Analysis (R)
- R allows the user to open the Competitive Bid Response Analysis (CoBRA) workbook from the Bid Analysis drop-down menu.
DOC | Self Service RFQ (RIU)
- R is a required permission for this capability.
- I allows the user to create an RFQ document through the “click here for RFQ” link on a Bid Package.
- U allows the user to access an existing RFQ document through the “click here for RFQ” link on a Bid Package.
