Question:

I’ve recently started using Spitfire in Power UX. How do I add people to the Attendees tab on my document? How can I delete a name?

Answer:

There are various ways to both add to and delete people from the Attendees tab in Power UX.

To add one person by name, email or ID:

  1. On the Attendees tab, start typing a name, email address or ID into the search bar until the person you want appears in the drop down.
  2. Select that person then click the + icon.
  3. Optional: if you want to double-check the person that you are adding before adding them, click the “person” icon to pull up Contact info.

To add multiple people at once:

  1. On the Attendees tab, click the “multi-select” icon.
  2. Use one or more filters to find the people that you want to select. You can click the “filter” icon to toggle between two filters (User Name and On Team) and several filters (which include Company and location).
  3. Click the checkboxes of all the names you want to add to the Attendees tab then click the Add button.

To copy existing Attendees from one document to another:

While names on a Meeting Minutes will be automatically copied to the next Meeting Minute document in a chain, you can choose to copy Attendees from a document to any other document, even on a different project.

  1. On the Attendees tab, click on each row that you want to copy. Use Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple rows at once.
  2. Select Copy n rows from the drop-down (burger) menu.
  3. Go to the document that you want to copy to, then select Paste n rows from the drop-down (burger) menu.

To delete one name from the Attendees tab:

  1. On the Attendees tab, go to the end of the row of the person you want to remove from the document.
  2. Select Delete from the three-dot menu.

To delete multiple names from the Attendees tab at once:

  1. On the Attendees tab, click on each row that you want to copy. Use Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple rows at once.
  2. Select Delete n rows from the drop-down (burger) menu.
