Did You Know?
A ? icon appears in several places in the Spitfire system in order to provide users with more information. Clicking on this icon will bring up a KB article, post from support.spitfirepm.com or (if your site has set up the necessary rules and uploaded the appropriate files) your own site’s SOP documentation. Several examples are listed below.
Reports:
Click ? on a particular report from the Report Browser to get information about that report. (Note: The icon will not appear on custom reports that you may have added to your system.)

Rules:
Click ? at the end of a description of a rule group in the Rules Maintenance tool (on the System Admin Dashboard) to get information about that rule group.

Workflow Scripts:
Click ? in the Workflow Scripts tool (found on the System Admin Dashboard) to get an index of possible ATC commands:

Dialog Boxes:
Click ? on newer dialog boxes with instructions to get more information about how to use the dialog box.

Spitfire Documents:
Click ? on a document to get your company’s SOP for that document. Requires a DocTypeConfig | SOPLink rule for each Doc type. See KBA-01859.

Project Dashboard Parts (Power UX only):
Click ? on a Project Dashboard part (tab) to get your company’s SOP for that part. Requires ProjectConfig | SOPLink… rules. See KBA-01153.
