Did You Know?

Spitfire now allows you to configure your project’s Cataloged Files part to either show files based on selected Catalog Folders (similar to the Catalog | Files Dashboard) or based on Doc type and document. The latter could be helpful if users are accustomed to finding specific files by first going to specific documents. For example, this new setup might make finding a file that is attached to a specific Daily Field Report easier. Configuration requires the ProjectConfig | CatalogPreset rule.  Once configured (see below), Spitfire will list, as folders, all Doc types and documents that include at least one attached file (excluding files that were attached to a different document first).

–

To configure the CatalogPreset rule:

  1. Expand the ProjectConfig rule group on the Rules tool on the System Admin Dashboard.
  2. Select CatalogPreset from the rules drop-down then add a new row.
  3. Set the result value to V26PDL.

    –
  4. Save your changes.

Note:

This configuration applies to all Project Dashboards. The Cataloged Files part cannot be configured by user or project.
