Adding, Editing, and Deleting Programs

To add a Program:

  1. Access Manage | Programs.
  2. Click Add a row.
  3. Enter a Program ID and a Program Name.
  4. Accept the row.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 as necessary.
  6. Save the Programs tool.

 

To edit a Program:

  1. Access Manage | Programs.
  2. Locate the Program and click View Project List.
  3. Click Edit on the program row to change the Program ID or the Program Name.
  4. Click Edit on the program row in the Mappings part to make a project inactive.

 

To delete Program or Projects:

  • Click Delete in the program row to delete a program that has no projects and click Save.
  • Click Delete in the project row in the Mappings part to remove a project from the program and click Save.

Note: Since the Delete icon is inactive for programs with projects, you must delete all projects in a program before you can delete the program.
