Types of Individual Contacts
People in sfPMS are assigned one of the following types:
- Customer: people linked to Customer companies
- Vendor: people linked to Vendor companies
- Other: people linked to Other companies
- Employee: people who work at your company
Detail Information
Information about the people in sfPMS can be seen in their Contact Detail window.
Contact Detail
If you have access to the Contacts Dashboard, you can open the Contact Detail window for any person in the system.
The Contacts Details window for a person can also be accessed from other locations in sfPMS – your user preferences, the Contacts part on a Project Dashboard, and certain document drop-down menus. Your Spitfire role determines were you can access Contact Details and how much you can see or edit.
