Changing Notification Options

To change the Notification options when displaying defaults:

  1. Access the Contact’s Notification tab.
  2. If necessary, click the Show Defaults checkbox.
  3. At the Document Type you want to edit, select the new priority (or priorities) from the drop-down menu under Send Emails For these Priorities and check (or uncheck) Forward Inbound E-mails.
  4. Click Reset on any document type to quickly reset the priority level back to High, Urgent.
  5. Save your changes.

To change Notification options when not showing defaults: 

  1. Access the Contact’s Notification tab.
  2. Select a Document Type from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the new priority (or priorities) from the Send Emails For these Priorities drop-down menu and check (or uncheck) Forward Inbound E-mails.
  4. Save your changes.
