Question:
How do I remove the option to route via fax from the system?
Answer:
- Go to the Rules Management tool on the System Admin Dashboard.
- Set the RouteConfig | FaxingEnabled rule to zero (unchecked) to completely disable faxing and the ability to select route via fax.
