Overview:
When issues, errors or problems in Spitfire involve a specific document, sending the document’s DataPK string to support@spitfiremanagement.com can expedite a resolution.
Procedure:
- Try to reproduce the error message or problem.
- While you are at it, jot down exactly what you do to get this error/problem.
- With the document open, double-click at the bottom of the document next to the Powered by Spitfire logo.
- From the window that opens, copy the string after DataPK=.
- Send the DataPK string and reproduce steps to Support.
