Contacts who are designated as Spitfire Users, have login IDs, and are given the following capability can access the Plan Room Dashboard. Only documents that are in a pending state (i.e., with a document status of Accepting Bids, Published, Pending, etc.) can appear on the Plan Room. In addition, if the user has a role that is limited by project, only documents pertaining to the appropriate project are displayed.
