Using the RR_ and RC_ Prefixes

You can use the RR_ or RC_ prefix in front of any bookmarks that include the aliases listed below (ex: RR_DocItemTask_GLSub or RR_SPRLineDetails_ItemNumber.

Notes:

  • Never mix two different RR_alias (such as RR_DocItem_ and RR_DocItemTask) in the same word table unless you also provide a matching explicit sort for both aliases
  • Look at WordTemplateConfig rules to find suitable substitute fields, such as RR_DocItemTask_ItemNumber – which resolves the item number through the DocItemTask alias
  • The RR_ and RC_ prefixes often include prefix extensions.
