Adding and Editing Alert Subscriptions

To add a new global Alert Subscription:

  1. In Manage | Alert Subscriptions, click Add a row.
  2. In User/Role, look up the user or role for this alert subscription.
  3. In the Alert column, look up an Alert type.
  4. Complete the remaining fields as necessary.
  5. Accept the row.
  6. Repeat steps 1-5 if necessary.
  7. Save when complete.

To edit or delete an Alert Subscription:

  • In Manage | Alert Subscriptions, locate the appropriate line and click Edit.
  • In Manage | Alert Subscriptions, locate the appropriate line and click Delete.

To suspend an Alert Subscription:

  1. In Manage | Alert Subscriptions, locate the appropriate line and click Edit.
  2. In the Description field, type suspend.
  3. Accept the row.
  4. Save your changes.
