Once I log into Spitfire, Spitfire seems to lose the user information and wants to restart the session. Why?
Answer:
The website application pool is losing session state every few seconds and clearing the web site cache. This can happen if your application pool‘s Web garden setting is set inappropriately. Set the Web garden Maximum Number of Worker Processes to 1.

Spitfire does support a web farm deployment. Web garden is, as the name suggests, a tiny web farm on a single server. If you wish to enable a garden, contact support for configuration instructions.
