KBA-01520: Disabling Route Via Fax

Question:

How do I remove the option to route via fax from the system?

Answer:

1. Go to the Rules Management tool on the System Admin Dashboard.
2. Set the RouteConfig | FaxingEnabled rule to zero (unchecked) to completely disable faxing and the ability to select route via fax.
