Answer:

The default filters for the Contact Dashboard are:

  1. System Users if the current user can create logins/users,
  2. Vendor Contacts if the current user has the CSTM | Internal Staff role capability,
  3. Employee Contacts if the current user is an employee without the CSTM | Internal Staff role capability,
  4. Shared email domain
