After using Copy In in my Pay Application: SOV Workbook, I can’t enter any Amounts on the line items. How can I fix this?

This issue is caused by a Microsoft Security Update to Excel 2013. Your options are as follows:
- Move back to Excel 2010 or 2007
- Move forward to Excel 2016
- Stay on Excel 2013, but Remove the update: Security Update for Microsoft Excel 2013 (KB3085583)
