Once a program has been added, you can expand the program to get to Detail view and add projects to the program. This method is the only way to add a project to multiple programs.

To map projects to a program:

  1. Click View Project List on the program row The details for the program will display the Mappings part.
  2. Click Lookup and select a Project.
  3. Save the Programs tool.

Note: If a project is included in multiple programs, a message will indicate this on the Project tab when you mouse over the Information icon.
