Can I hide the Route Response drop down menu?
How do I specify the choices for the Route Response drop down?
Answer:
By default, the Route Response drop down has Approved and Rejected as the choices.
As with most drop downs in the system, you can configure these choices by document type using the Code Maintenance tool to configure the ResponseCode set.
Additionally, you can use the UI Configuration tool to hide the Route Response Code item in the Doc A&R part.
Additional Comments:
If you configure a document type to have no choices, the Response Wizard will not display the drop down, even if it is visible on the document route grid.
