KBA-01689: Microsoft Dynamics SL Integration is not installed

Question:

When I open “About Spitfire Dashboard,” I see the message “Microsoft Dynamics SL Integration is not installed.”  What does this mean? I thought our site is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics SL.

Answer:

The message means that sfPMS cannot open a DSL screen on your workstation, not that your site is not integrated. This feature is seldom used and may not be an issue because most of the integration with Dynamics SL takes place in SQL.
