We are integrated with a cloud provider. Sometimes we notice that “Linked via Cloud Connector” appears as a note on a document’s Attachment tab. What does that mean?
Answer:
When the cloud connector detects a file in the cloud to be synched with Spitfire that is an exact match for an existing file on the project, it attaches the original file through a link (instead of a copy) and uses this note. This way you know the file is a shared reference (likely attached to another document), not a new file in the project.
