To add a Program:
- Access Manage | Programs.
- Click Add a row.
- Enter a Program ID and a Program Name.
- Accept the row.
- Repeat steps 2-4 as necessary.
- Save the Programs tool.
To edit a Program:
- Access Manage | Programs.
- Locate the Program and click View Project List.
- Click Edit on the program row to change the Program ID or the Program Name.
- Click Edit on the program row in the Mappings part to make a project inactive.
To delete Program or Projects:
- Click Delete in the program row to delete a program that has no projects and click Save.
- Click Delete in the project row in the Mappings part to remove a project from the program and click Save.
Note: Since the Delete icon is inactive for programs with projects, you must delete all projects in a program before you can delete the program.
