Deleting Rows from BFA Workbook

To delete a row or multiple rows:

  1. From the Budget ribbon, click Delete Rows.
  2. You can choose to delete one Account Category row, one Cost Code including all its Account Categories rows, or multiple Cost Code rows.

If you want to delete several Cost Codes, use the From and To drop-down lists and click Delete.

If you want to delete just one row (Account Category) in a Cost Code, select the Cost Code in both the From and To drop-down lists, select the Account Category, and click Delete.

If you want to delete all Accounts in one Cost Code, select the Cost Code in the From and To drop-down lists, click All Accounts?, and click Delete.

Important Note: Cost Codes and Account Categories with Actual or Committed Amounts will appear in BFA and cannot be deleted, but you can enter $0.00 for the Budget Amount.
