Question:
When I use the Lookup, sometimes one of the choices in the Lookup appears in Bold typeface. Why?
Answer:
If there is a current selection in a field with a Lookup, that selection will appear in bold if you open the Lookup. In the screen shot below, you‘ll notice that CAI is bolded since it was the current entry in the Division ID field on the Project Setup Doc type:
