KBA-01222: In Microsoft Excel: Double clicking on a row boundary causes unexpected position change

Question:

Why does the BFA worksheet sometimes jump to the top or bottom when I double-click?

Answer:

Microsoft Excel interprets a double click on a row boundary as a move to the nearest edge of the printable area. You may experience this when double-clicking to open the Forecast Data Entry form.

Additional Comments:

Last verified in Excel 2003 SP2. This is a Microsoft issue and can be reproduced in an empty Excel workbook.
