Can I use SQL Server 2005 Workgroup Edition with Spitfire?
Answer:
The Workgroup Edition can be used with Spitfire, but you need to be aware of the limitation of this edition of SQL Server:
- The Reporting Services components, IIS and SQL, must be maintained on the single machine. Remote access is not supported.
- Unfortunately, Microsoft provides no upgrade licensing from Workgroup Edition to Standard Edition.
