Why do I get the message You already have the Microsoft Office file for this Spitfire document open ?
When you click on the Microsoft Word or Excel icon on a Spitfire document (in the middle of the document) to create the ‘printout‘ from a Doc Template and already have that Microsoft Word or Excel file open, Spitfire displays this message. You cannot open the same integrated file more than once on the same system.Check your open application windows.
If you believe you have received this message in error, because you have closed the Office session, log out of Spitfire and log back in. If you have workstation logging enabled, submit the log file to Spitfire Support.
