RFI documents track your requests for information throughout the project.
RFIs can lead to Customer Change Order documents when the result of the inquiry is a change to the project. A project can have multiple RFI documents.
What is entered in the Response field will be copied to the Customer Change Order document when/if it is created from the RFI. If you created the RFI, you can type directly into the Response field. Members of the document’s route can type their responses in the Rsp field of the Route Detail or include a note in a response e-mail message.
