Uploading and/or Replacing Templates

To upload a template:

  1. Access Manage | Templates.
  2. Click Add a row.
  3. Select a Doc Type from the drop-down menu.
  4. Type a Name for the template.
  5. Select a Type from the drop-down list.
  6. Type a Description for the template.
  7. Complete the remaining fields as necessary.
  8. Accept the row and click Save.
  9. Locate the new row and click Template Document.
  10. Click Select FIles to locate the template file on your computer/network.
  11. Click Upload. A message on the Template Maintenance dialog box will indicate the upload was successful.
  12. Close the dialog box and return to the Templates tool.
  13. Save the Templates tool again.

 

To replace a template: 

  1. Access Manage | Templates.
  2. Locate the template you would like to change and click the icon (Word, Excel, PDF) to open the Template Maintenance window.
  3. Click Select Files to find the necessary template on your computer/network.
  4. Click Upload. A message on the Template Maintenance dialog box will indicate the upload was successful.
  5. Close the dialog box and return to the Templates tool.
  6. Save the Templates tool.
