To upload a template:
- Access Manage | Templates.
- Click Add a row.
- Select a Doc Type from the drop-down menu.
- Type a Name for the template.
- Select a Type from the drop-down list.
- Type a Description for the template.
- Complete the remaining fields as necessary.
- Accept the row and click Save.
- Locate the new row and click Template Document.
- Click Select FIles to locate the template file on your computer/network.
- Click Upload. A message on the Template Maintenance dialog box will indicate the upload was successful.
- Close the dialog box and return to the Templates tool.
- Save the Templates tool again.
To replace a template:
- Access Manage | Templates.
- Locate the template you would like to change and click the icon (Word, Excel, PDF) to open the Template Maintenance window.
- Click Select Files to find the necessary template on your computer/network.
- Click Upload. A message on the Template Maintenance dialog box will indicate the upload was successful.
- Close the dialog box and return to the Templates tool.
- Save the Templates tool.
