Adding and Editing Alert Subscriptions

To add a global Alert Subscription:

  1. From the Manage Dashboard, select Alert Subscriptions.
  2. Click Add a row.
  3. If the User/Role field, enter or look up the user or role.
  4. In Alert, enter or look up the alert type.
  5. Complete the remaining fields as necessary.
  6. Accept the row.
  7. Repeat steps 2-6 as necessary.
  8. Click Save.

 

To edit or delete an Alert Subscription:

  • In Manage | Alert Subscriptions, select the appropriate row and click Edit.
  • In Manage | Alert Subscriptions, select the appropriate row and click Delete.

To suspend a subscription:
  –  Type the work suspend in the Description. If text already exists in this field, type suspend either at the beginning or the end.
