To change the Notification options when displaying defaults:
- Access the Contact’s Notification tab.
- If necessary, click the Show Defaults checkbox.
- At the Document Type you want to edit, select the new priority (or priorities) from the drop-down menu under Send Emails For these Priorities and check (or uncheck) Forward Inbound E-mails.
- Click Reset on any document type to quickly reset the priority level back to High, Urgent.
- Save your changes.
To change Notification options when not showing defaults:
- Access the Contact’s Notification tab.
- Select a Document Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select the new priority (or priorities) from the Send Emails For these Priorities drop-down menu and check (or uncheck) Forward Inbound E-mails.
- Save your changes.
