You can create more Budget documents as needed by selecting Budget from the Project Dashboard Documents menu and then clicking Add. However, you may have only one Budget document open at a time (ie, as long as the document status is In Process or Pending, you cannot create a new Budget document).
Note: The BudgetConfig | PreventNegativeEAC ruke prevents approval of a budget revision if the revision causes a line to become negative.
