Question:
How can I include a Commitment on my project that should not export to Microsoft Dynamics SL?
Answer:
- Create your Commitment.
- Check the Owner Direct check box on the detail tab.
- Proceed as normal.
Spitfire will show values from the expenses on the KPI and allow payment requests and receipts to be entered against the Commitment, but the Commitment data will not be exported to Microsoft Dynamics SL.

You can establish a default for the owner direct flag based upon the project subtype using the Project Config | OwnerDirectCommitments rule; see KBA-01153.
