Can I configure Catalog Search Results?
Answer:
You can configure the Catalog Search results using the UI Configuration tool, but some restriction apply!
- Configure the items under the Catalog Search part in the UI Configuration tool.
- The Catalog tab configuration is shared with any custom Preset Search tabs you have added.
- Use the Context field to indicate where the configuration should apply.
- Sometimes column visibility is overridden by context and cannot be changed through the UI Configuration tool, as described below.
Plan Room Dashboard
- The source column is hidden, but may be configurable with your implementer’s help.
- The due date is shown, but may be configurable with your implementer’s help.
Project Dashboard
- The Project ID and Project Name columns are hidden and cannot be otherwise configured.
- The source column label is “Contact”, but may be configurable with your implementer’s help.
Attach to Doc
- The document type column is hidden and cannot be otherwise configured.
- If the document type is “Project Setup”, then the Doc Number column is hidden and cannot be otherwise configured.
