Our site is set up to use Active Directory Authentication for logins. What does the message Account not authorized to use this application mean when it appears on the Spitfire login screen?
Answer:
This message means that the user has not been placed into the correct AD group. With LDAP authentication, identity is verified by the AD credentials, and authorization to use the application is specified by the identified user’s membership in a pre-determined group.
End-users that see this message should contact their help desk.
