KBA-01837: TinyMCE says resource might not exist or is inaccessible

Problem:

When using the new text editor TinyMCE, you may see the following messages:

On the screen: Cannot convert blob (long URL). Resource might not exist or is inaccessible.

In Chrome Inspector: Message channel closed before a response was received.

Solution:

First, try CTRL+ F5 on your keyboard.  There is a good chance that these messages were caused by an Internet glitch and a refresh may resolve the issue.

Second, log out, close the browser window, then open Spitfire again and log in.  Go to where the message appeared and see if it reappears.

If the message persists, see if the problem is limited to the one document. If so, look for a corrupt image in the editor, remove it and then add it back in.  (If the problem is not limited to one document, send an email to support@spitfiremanagement.com.)
