To upload a template:
- In Manage | Templates, click Add a row.
- In Doc Type, select the type for the template. If no Doc Type is necessary, select the blank that appears at the top of the list.
- In Name, type the name of the template and press Tab. Often the filename of the Word or Excel file to be uploaded is efficient.
- In Type, select a type from the drop-down list.
- In Description, type a description for the template and press Tab.
- Complete the remaining fields (Division, Doc Ref, Customer, Project Type, Include and Bookmarks) as necessary.
- Accept the row.
- Save the row.
- Click Template Document. The Upload Template dialog box will appear.
- Click Select Files to locate the template file on your computer/network.
- Click Upload.
- Close the Upload Template dialog box.
- Save the Templates tool.
