Can I prevent ICTool from adding favicon.ico to the root of the website?
Answer:
Yes: Add a file named nofavicon.txt to the root of the website. ICTool will detect this file and not place our versions of
- favicon.ico
- apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png
- default.htm
The file can be empty, but the text such as the following may help someone down the road:

Additional Comments:
You can always replace our files.
If ICTool finds one of the files already exists, it will never overwrite it.
