KBA-01256: Error Opening BFA: Unable to resolve Result Key for Validation from SPM[ConfigValue]

Problem:

When opening the Spitfire Budget, Forecast and Analysis (BFA) spreadsheet, the loading process reaches approximately 36% and then displays the following error message:  Unable to resolve Result Key for Validation from SPM[ConfigValue] occured loading data.

Solution:

Likely cause: The Spitfire package did not apply completely during the Update process.

Solution:

1. Open the Spitfire Configuration Tool (ICTool.exe).
2. On the Finish tab, select all the available checkboxes.
3. Click Update Configuration.
