When I try to open the Scan Viewer from the Process icon on my Scanned Invoices document, the Scan Viewer opens with an ‘Invalid Parameter‘ message. Why?
The ‘Invalid Parameter‘ message is an indication that your scanned image file is corrupt.
- Contact your System Administrator to delete the Spitfire Scanned Invoice document and its attached files.
- Rescan your AP invoice batch.
- Run the Batch Upload program to create a new Spitfire Scanned Invoice document with the rescanned AP Invoices.
